  • Auction Phone Number (must be a landline)
  • Photos of the place of business, which show the permanent dealership sign
  • Type of auction dealership ownership
  • List of any convictions or charges
  • A signature of oath on the second page of the application
 
 

Step #2: Purchase a Nebraska Auction Dealer Bond

 

You will need to apply for and secure a Nebraska Auction Dealer Bond before you can be issued a license.

Step #4: Application Fees

 

The $225 fee will not be collected until after your auction dealership has been approved by the Nebraska Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Board.

Please send either a cashier’s check or money order to the Nebraska Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Board upon dealership approval.
